About

Gõ Việt replaces UniKey on Windows 10/11 in a single file, no install. It supports Telex and VNI, unlimited text shortcuts, and gives English words back untouched. It remembers on/off per app, so games and chat apps just work.

Features

  • Telex, VNI, simple Telex, free accent placement
  • Spell check that gives English words back
  • Unlimited shortcuts that follow your casing
  • Remembers on/off per app
  • Convert TCVN3 and VNI-Windows text to Unicode

How to use

  1. Copy go-viet.exe into a permanent folder (for example C:\Apps) and run it.
  2. Find the red V in the system tray: V means Vietnamese is on, E means off.
  3. Close UniKey, EVKey or OpenKey first, or accents will be typed twice.
  4. Toggle with Ctrl + Shift. Right-click the V/E icon for settings.
